Vitamins:

B-12:

  • Supports production of red blood cells, turns carbohydrates into energy, regulates feelings of irritability, anxiety, and fatigue.

B Complex

  • Most B Complex supplements are made up of Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, and B6. B vitamins are beneficial for energy, brain function, nerve function, cell health, and heart health.

Magnesium

  • One of the body’s most essential vitamins. Improves bone health, stress level, cardiac function, and helps the body turn glucose into energy. Has been used to support high blood pressure, migraines and headaches, reduces insulin resistance, and improves PMS symptoms.

Zinc

  • Maintains growth of muscle and bone, promotes wound healing, and is a cofactor for more than 70 other enzymes throughout the body.

Taurine

  • An amino acid that is important for brain and heart functions. Supports nerve growth and your immune system, energy production, and helps maintain hydration and electrolyte levels in your cells.

Vitamin C

  • Has been known to combat infections, contributes to immune defense, protects against environmental oxidative stress, and prevents and treats respiratory and systemic infections.

Vitamin D

  • Also known as the sunshine vitamin, helps prevent osteoporosis, improving strength of bones throughout the body, reduces inflammation, helps with cell growth, neuromuscular, and immune function.

Biotin (Vitamin B7)

  • Water-soluble B Vitamin that keeps your skin, eyes, hair, liver, and nervous system healthy. It has been known to improve overall scalp health, increases strength in nails, and gives your skin and body that healthy glow.

Glutathione

  • Made up of three amino acids: Cysteine, L-Glutamic Acid, and Glycine. Binds with toxins and free radicals in the body for excretion and reduce the oxidative stress in our systems. Glutathione is not a BCAA, and is safe during pregnancy.

Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NAD)

  • A coenzyme central in cellular functions: metabolism, DNA repair, cellular sequencing, and immune cell function. Also called the “anti aging” vitamin. Has many therapeutic benefits to help with depression, anxiety, and more. Has been used to support the brain from neurodegenerative diseases, combat addiction, cognitive function, weight management, muscle development, and recovery.

Acetylcysteine (NAC)

  • An antioxidant administered for chronic coughs, lung conditions, and inflammation. There is ongoing research for its benefits in cancer prevention

Amino Blend

  • A blend of the following amino acids: Glutamine 30 mg, Arginine HCL 100 mg, Citrulline 50 mg, Ornithine 50 mg, Lysine 50 mg, Levocarnitine 100 mg     

  • Boosts metabolism, increases energy levels, improves endurance, helps burn fat.

Medications:

Zofran

  • An anti-nausea medication.

Toradol

  • An NSAID medication administered to treat acute pain.

Benadryl

  • Antihistamine for moderate seasonal allergies and acute allergic reactions.

Decadron (Dexamethasone)

  • A cortical steroid that is administered for relief of inflammation.

Solumedrol

  • A glucocorticoid medication administered for inflammation and lung conditions.
